Another example of how devoid of empathy and basic human decency 44s get. It could have been a serious accident and a mechanic was hurt. To go after an innocent, hardworking person simply because your driver had a bad race is beyond me.

There should be no argument about who is the most adaptable driver on the grid.

Took him a total of 2 races to fully adapt to new brake discs he has never ever used. No idea about their feel. No pre season testings.

Dead PU for 3 Practice sessions and managed a superb weekend.

charles said he found the issue after fp3 and fixed it:

"it's been a more complicated weekend for you in terms of finding the right balance and managing the energy deployment. then at one point things seemed to click in q2, can we say that?"

🆑: it was much more complicated than that, unfortunately. we had some issues on my side yesterday, especially in fp3, where they got much worse. we found something and changed it before qualifying. but this time it wasn't anything to do with my driving. of course, you can always drive better, and with these cars it's always difficult, especially with the throttle. you have to get on it as late as possible, particularly at a track like this, so there's always some fine-tuning to do with the driving. yes, there was a specific issue that we managed to fix, because the gap was simply too big before.

Ottimo lavoro di Charles, di più non si poteva. Gialla a parte. Ma lui non ha il passaporto inglese quindi ha fatto bene ad alzare, dopotutto con lui 5 sec di penalità si trasformano con niente in 20. Lato positivo una qualifica in meno con questo regolamento abominevole

questa cosa della yellow è controversa. #Leclerc fa una minima più lenta nella seconda di bus stop, -6 che è tanto, ma poi apre il gas anche meglio del giro precedente (bianco). Secondo me ha perso la posizione da #Russell che è a 0.030 #BelgianGP
