@mrjoeodea @caitriona_hand @FergalBowers But thats my point, I thought this vaccine doesn't stop you getting it or transmitting it, it reduces the severity of the symptoms of the vaccinated person. So having someone else vaccinated doesn't stop the unvaccinated person from getting it. Or is the transmission also less?

@caitriona_hand @FergalBowers Not begrudging teachers and snas. But thought with this vaccine that it reduced the severity of symptoms and that even with it you could still transmit it. So the greatest protection for those at most risk of suffering severely from it is to get the vaccine themselves.

@FergalBowers is there any figure for how many of those vaccinated are not over 70 or with a health condition? Why are healthy/younger people getting vaccinated before those who need it most?
