Shoulder issues? Even if you have a rotator cuff tear, surgery isn't always necessary. Know your options. Call a physical therapist to find out how they can help.

Sitting in Panera on my day off, catching up on some JOSPT articles, and 4 ladies are coaching each other on pain relief remedies. They listed about 6 things before talking about physical therapy. My skin was crawling. We need to advocate, PT friends!!!
Grateful that I have an inpatient rotation that instilled in me the importance of exercise/therapy daily for people who are hospitalized. Their outcomes are so much better long term. I wish every hospital could provide that.
I will always say that taking the time to listen to your patient, hear their concerns, reassure them, and educate them is the most important part of my job. I am fortunate to have the time to spend with my patients to do those things everyday. #PhysicalTherapy#PTFirst#newgradPT
It’s amazing how time and patience can do wonders on your confidence and skills at work. Grateful for the good days! And the patients who express gratitude for working with them.
Unbelievable @GreysABC episode tonight. Important for anyone and everyone to watch. Thank you @shondarhimes for raising awareness on sexual and physical assault.
