Following my letter to the Rural Affairs Minister calling for a pause to the SFS consultation, and @NFUCymru’s event in Narberth, I asked the Minister if she had time to consider my request.

Slightly disappointed by the reply, which I felt was a little condescending (unintentionally I’m sure) when saying Welsh Government have listened to farmers “way before” I got elected.

I genuinely fear that the Welsh Government don’t fully understand or appreciate the sense of feeling in rural Wales.
