@BuyoyaJonah Clearly, this is lack of leadership. The entire Zambia looks like a village,people now jubilate when power is restored. And this is happening 60 years after independence despite having so many water bodies. And the current leadership wants to distance itself from this.

@WaluuK It is morally wrong for govt to pursue this matter further than they have done thus far. An opportunity was missed to ensure the earlier agreement was upheld. How do you become interested after the former president dies when he had to seek medical attention using his own funds.
