This summer, Siphon Brewing turns three years old.

To celebrate, we're producing a special six-pack of beers, each of which is brewed with one other Belgian brewery and one international brewery.

We're calling it The Noble Gas Project.

We're pouring two new beers at @BabBrugge this weekend.

DERBY is a Belgian dark strong ale brewed with oats, honey & coconut macaroons.

Toasted coconut and raisins were added on the cold side after fermentation for extra “granola” character.
