@LukhonaMnguni People who are pushing resignation idea knows that's the only way to get him out, ANC would rather recall him than impeach their leader him... they will not recall him based on this case...
@tumisole@CountryDutyZA@tumisole , who will conduct the inquiry? MPs as per N/A numbers. are they even good investigators, based on what we saw at Adhoc it was all partisan.. please assist legally
You’re mixing things up a bit here.
You did bring CAF regulations into this earlier when you shared that video claiming Article 84 requires both 82 and 83 because it says “and, not or.” That’s exactly what I responded to, not something I invented.
Now on Rule 5.2: it’s being stretched way beyond what it actually covers.
Law 5.2 makes the referee’s decisions on facts of play final (goals, fouls, whether play continues, etc.). It doesn’t freeze the match from any post-match disciplinary or competition rulings.
If it did, federations would never be able to:
- award forfeits
- sanction abandonment
- overturn results for ineligible players
Which obviously happens all the time.
So saying “the referee allowed play to continue, therefore no forfeit can ever apply” just doesn’t hold legally. You’re treating Law 5 as if it overrides competition regulations, when in reality they operate on different levels.
Two separate things:
-referee → manages the match
-federation → applies the legal consequences afterward
That distinction is basic in sports law.
@nasiphim@Tplow15@kholofeloMorodi What about the building at the Corner of Lilian Ngoyi and Francis Bart opposite SARS. Whose building is that, doesn't looks good at all. @nasiphim please Mme Mayor.
@DAGauteng Note... ANC has Presidency, Deputy Presidency , Speaker, Ministry of Finance, Defence, Police.. I wonder how they got all of these with 40 percent of the Vote...
