Jennifer focuses on the intersection of aging and disabilities, hoping to advance healthy aging in NH and creating greater balance between institutional and community based long term services.

This talk will summarize Dr. Arthanat's research projects on assistive robotics and provide a current and future perspective on robotics for home-based care of people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

Dr. Dao is interested in studying how our diet and environment influence the microbes that live in our guts and our health. With this information, she hopes to develop programs to help people at greater risk for obesity and chronic disease maintain healthy diets.
