One of the most valuable lessons I ever learned came from Steve Jobs. He told me that in an 18 hour workday, you only need to accomplish three important things. Those three things are the signal. Everything else is the noise. The challenge is learning the difference.
That idea completely changed how I think about productivity. Today, one of my phones is dedicated to signal, which is business, decisions, and the things that actually move the needle. The other is full of noise, social media, videos, endless scrolling, and distractions. There’s nothing wrong with either, but if you can’t separate signal from noise, the noise will consume your entire day. Get your three things done first. Everything else comes after.

Speaking in an interview in the US, Rachel Ruto claimed that Kenya has never experienced drought since William Ruto took power in 2022.
She says that this has been made possible by the frequent prayers that she leads in State House!
With her over swollen face she sees all of us we fools and people who forget so fast. I wonder how these people look at Kenyans.
We have thousands that die with droughts in the country but a whole first lady saying such kind of things is a MOCKERY to Kenyans!
" Nitakutandika Marisasi utanipeleka wapi? Si ni Kortini tu? "-A disturbing video has emerged of a police officer openly threatening to kill a young Kenyan man, claiming he would easily be released on bond by a Kenyan court while the young man would be buried.
More Kenyans were killed by police in 2025 than in 2024, with deaths rising sharply during the June and July Gen Z protests, as Nairobi recorded the highest number of cases.
