I currently live in the US and I work as a Truck Driver. My monthly income is roughly $13,000. I also own 1 apartment in Nairobi and a home in Bungoma.

In 2029 I will be turning 60 years. My plan is to relocate to Kenya permanently. Since my rental income is Ksh 800,000 per month,I don't have any issue with that.

But I also want to set up something to keep me busy when I return. I have thought about these ideas:
1. Setting up a private school
2. Starting a hardware shop
3. Buying 10 acres and start doing farming.

I don't want to do many things, just one. Which among the three is ideal for someone retiring?
