I’m happy to announce that we have made significant progress in the case involving Ahmed Tajudeen.

The Nigeria Police Force, through the FCID (Force Criminal Investigation Department), has commenced a fresh investigation into the matter. Investigators have visited Ahmed at the hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment for kidney-related health issues, to obtain a fresh statement.

Our goal remains clear: to ensure that no innocent person is sent to prison for a crime they did not commit.

I have also been asked to submit all the evidence in my possession to the police to aid their investigation. Therefore, I will no longer be speaking publicly about the case for now, as I do not want to interfere with the ongoing investigation. However, I will be monitoring the process closely, and if I notice anything suspicious, I will not hesitate to speak out.
