【#発泡TPU の上に生卵を落としても割れない！】 #TPUAir @sirayatech_jp 製

現在製作中の #3Dプリンター を用いた「オシャレな #装具」。
(私は #義肢装具士 #作業療法士 ではありません。)
その要となる クッションパーツには、「生卵を落としても割れない」ほどの 衝撃吸収性 を目標に、条件検討を重ねてきました。
.
朝7時に起きて翌朝4時に寝る。睡眠時間約3時間の生活を少なくとも1週間。そのうち3日間だけでフィラメントを3kg使い切り、何度も造形条件や構造を見直しました。
.
そしてようやく、実際に発泡TPUの上へ生卵を落としても割れないクッション性にたどり着くことができました。
.
「じゃあ、明日からはゆっくり寝られるの？」
.
……いいえ（笑）。
.
ここからは、フィラメント3kg分の試行錯誤を一つひとつ実験ノートに記録し、考察していきます。
.
自分が必要としている装具を一つ作るだけでも、これだけの時間と試行錯誤が必要でした。
.
だからこそ、日々、一人ひとりに合わせた装具を製作されている義肢装具士さんや作業療法士さんの仕事が、どれほど大変で責任の重いものなのかを身をもって実感しました。
.
実際に自分で経験したからこそ、その専門性への尊敬の気持ちは以前よりもさらに大きくなりました。
