@Colin3ds I’d assumed it was still golb-related but there’s really no proof there other than him mentioning that betty is dead. my closest guess is that betty died instead of fusing with glob + that drove simon to become wk instead of giving up the crown. but we’ll literally never know :‘(

@doododaado he stopped being ice king in the original finale in 2018. betty sacrificed herself n fused with golb in order to bring him back. gunter is the one with the crown now n he seems much happier than ice king ever was
