@shawngorham When I drive by these bldgs: “how did that start?” or “who gave them their start?” Outside of the blood, sweat, and tears of course, what LL said sure to that? As demand continues and supply stagnates, it will (obviously) become more difficult to get some of these dreams started.

@shawngorham This is an interesting perspective. Knowing that demand should be consistent for the users of these units, combined with static supply, just give it 20 years.
Never thought of it this way, but obviously a more mature industrial market in So Cal than So AB (Calgary, AB).
