I don't understand how @PlayOverwatch has such a horrible matchmaker. Why would you put 1 plat, 1 gold, and 4 bronze over level 100's against 6 bronze with 2 under level 25's. You've picked 12 players, attempt to balance them. 80% of my games are won or lost the moment I get in.
