We were fortunate enough to spend time with Tim, Paul, and Carl 4 days prior to the El Reno, OK tornado.
It was here that we met @BrandonCopicWx, @AaronRigsbyOSC, and @convexstorms for the first time.

Scars, in the form of concrete slabs, remain to this day in Ringgold, GA as a result of the April 27, 2011 super outbreak.
The parent supercell responsible for this tornado also produced the Philadelphia, MS EF-5, Cordova, AL EF-4, and the Rainsville, AL EF-5.
A good travel day, and we were able to get some work done in Goodlettsville for Mr. Tim!
Looks like on an off thunderstorms for the rest of the week, so we will get done what we can! Thank you everyone for your prayers and support. ๐โค๏ธ
Our largest chainsaw training tooth order to date is headed out the door to support another disaster response organization!
We love that our training aids are making it across the country and across the world to support safe chainsaw operation.
We would love to host a storm chaser, chainsaw safety and operation course in the off season! Just a day or two to help everyone be safe and effective. Letโs make it happen! ๐ชพ๐๏ธ
Even in situations where you canโt assist medically you can still help save lives by trying to help clear debris from roadways. Id HIGHLY recommend carrying a chainsaw. If you canโt help with first aid any able bodied person can help clear debris for first responders.
@lorigracewx@VinceWaelti Stihl MS 261 C-M is always our first recommendation for gas powered saws. Echo CS-310 for a budget friendly gas saw. Milwaukee M18 Top Handle for electric. Most important piece of your kit is PPE (helmet, eye protection, ear protection, chaps). Message us if you have questions!
I want to provide an update on the storm that impacted Mississippi last night.
As of now, 17 injuries have been reported. Initial damage assessments indicate:
-275 homes and 50 apartment units are damaged or inaccessible in Lamar County. 30 roads are closed due to debris. The county shelter/safe room is open. American Red Cross support is available.ย
-More than 200 homes were damaged in Lincoln County. The Cajun Navy is deploying a 50-person shelter pod, 30KW generator, and 10 pallets of supplies.
-12 homes were damaged in Lawrence County. Multiple roads are closed due to downed trees and power lines.
These numbers are preliminary and will change as damage assessments continue.ย
@MSEMA is supporting damage and operations assessments. Road clearing teams are being deployed to remove debris and the state is deploying additional resources as requested by local emergency managers.ย
Please continue to pray for Mississippi!
Big strides made this week on the PUG! New lift pump, frame side fuel lines, and aluminum fuel tank were installed.
A big THANK YOU to FASS Fuel Systems for sending us their 165G industrial series lift pump for this build!
