This video is a very nice demonstration of a simple truth about people. Most are tremendous cowards who only get away with what they think they can get away with. When people push you around, or try to, it's because they think they can do it without resistance. Most people are not prepared for resistance and fold the instant they encounter it. You get what you tolerate.
Take it from me, it is crucial that you get fit and stay fit, especially once you hit your 30s.
