@virginmedia I was misled into getting a contract. Told the service would be available in my new property. 4 months later, I'm now told its not and being charged a Β£240 early disconnection fee. Very disappointed with this, after being a loyal customer for 4 years.
@HeathrowAirport My brother is flying back from Thailand. 1 parent will drive his car to leave at the terminal and then the other parent in their other car will drive back. The reason for this is so he can self quarantine in a separate flat away from the family home. Pls advise
@virginmedia unexpectedly cut our broadband and now have to wait for 10 days to be reconnected AND pay a Β£20 for new installation fee. Terrible service
@virginmedia No u put our bill up unannounced, I asked for a new contract but u randomly cut off the current connection without any comms. You also asked us to pay for the 10 days on top of the new contract. On top of that you have charged a late fee for the old contract, bad communication
