@AirbnbHelp How much longer are myself and my guests forced to wait for this phone call? This requires action to be taken by Air BnB now in the form of this phone call from a supervisor. We are taking this situation & claim to close our small business of 6 years very seriously. When is this?

@Airbnb Urgent response needed! I'm a 6 year dedicated Host. Air BnB have cancelled all my future bookings this year! Despite many attempts to contact, they're threatening to shut my acc down this wk, without giving me any chance to appeal their false, unsubstantiated claims.

@AirbnbHelp Thank you. I've just sent you a DM and await the promised call from an Air BnB supervisor who is in a position to offer & confirm that my account will not be closed unlawfully. Fair & acceptable solutions to these matters must now be offered and discussed with myself and Air BnB.

All host have been treated horribly by @Airbnb. They have zero clue how to deal with Covid and have alienated everyone. Don’t depend on @Airbnb for all of your bookings!
