@armaan_______ @manas_muduli Agreed 2 years back I enquired about a project from Metro group. 2bhk 1.1 -1.2 cr and they boasted of a rental of 25k after completion in 27/28. I was like seriously !! At that point of time in Pune 90 l 2bhk rental was 35k. And after 4 years it would be almost 45k. So 25 vs 45k

@manas_muduli Only issue is the prices are too over priced and you don't get return if for any reason you would like to rent out .Moreover high volume of apartments will remain empty or unsold if we don't bring enough job opportunity and people will not have capacity to pay the rent
