🌟 7-Point Manifesto – Chairperson, Kiteta–Kisau Ward Sports Executive Committee (W-SEC) 🌟

Fellow sports lovers, youth, and community members of Kiteta–Kisau, I present to you my vision for sports leadership. Together, we can transform our ward into a hub of talent, discipline, and opportunity. Here is my 7-point agenda for you:

1️⃣ Annual Ward Tournaments 🏆
Every year, I will organize big tournaments that give our players the stage they deserve and put Kiteta–Kisau on the sporting map.

2️⃣ Strong Local Leagues ⚽🏀🏐
I will strengthen our local leagues so that competitions run all year round, keeping our young people engaged and away from destructive behaviors.

3️⃣ Transparency & Accountability 📊
Under my leadership, all fixtures, funds, and opportunities will be managed openly and honestly. No favoritism, no secrecy — just fairness.

4️⃣ Better Facilities ⚒️🏟️
I will lobby for quality pitches, equipment, and safe play spaces across our ward because every talent needs the right environment to grow.

5️⃣ Talent to Opportunity 🚀
Our stars deserve bigger platforms. I will work to connect Kiteta–Kisau talents with county, national, and even international opportunities.

6️⃣ More Disciplines, More Talent 🏃‍♀️🏀🏐
Football is not the only path. I will promote athletics, volleyball, netball, and other disciplines so that every gift in our ward is nurtured.

7️⃣ Unity Through Sports 🤝
Sports will be our tool for mentorship, discipline, and community pride. Through it, we will unite families, villages, and the whole ward.

Today, under the leadership of Governor @GvnMutula, we launch the Makueni Energy Policy – a bold framework to deliver universal electricity access and clean cooking technologies for every household.

From 29% electricity coverage and 17% clean cooking solutions, we are setting the stage for 100% access – powering homes, fueling businesses, and protecting our environment.

This historic launch, graced by our international partners – the British High Commission, World Resources Institute, Strathmore University, Just Energy Transition Africa, and UK-PACT – shows that Makueni is ready to lead Kenya’s green transition.

Because development without energy is impossible. And in Makueni, Mutula is making it possible.
