For #WorldRestartAHeartDay Sisaphila went to Fezeka High School and taught 100 grade 9 pupils the easy but important skill of #handsonlycpr. Thank you to our helpers and volunteers for making the day awesome! #ilcor #emct @resuscouncil_sa

Shoutout to @Dr_Leo_SA for hosting an amazing Sisaphila event on Friday 23 August at @RainbowsMeet - fun was had by all!

Hands-only CPR is such an easy skill that everyone should know to save a life, and can be great fun to learn as well! Stay tuned for details on our next event

#mandeladay was a huge success - 450 people made aware of the ease of #handsonlycpr. Great fun to give back our 67 minutes to #communities that need it. Thanx to Paarl, Tygerberg, New Somerset, Mitchell’s Plain, Victoria, Heideveld and Groote Schuur hospital for hosting!

Sisaphila has had a productive couple of months. From an event at Baphumele children’s home on the 30th of May, to an event at Gospel Raman church as part of their wellness day on the 1st of June. And Mandela day was a big success as well! Deets to follow of our Mandela day event

Such a fun outreach to Baphumelele Children’s home in Khayelitsha today. Lots of enthusiasm after learning how to do hands-only CPR and managing a choking patient. Fun was had by all #handsonlycpr #sisaphilacpr #communityoutreach #cprsaveslives

Some pics from our outreach at New Living Hope last week in Retreat. This org is a soup kitchen run by school kids - they’re doing an amazing job! #community #handsonlycpr #sisaphila #cpriseasy

Had a great CPR training session today with the youth leaders of Camp Africa, a camp aimed at underprivileged youth, at Rocklands Centre in Simonstown. CPR is easy, all you need is the confidence and know-how.

Hey Twitter! Just a reminder that @Spotify has a playlist of songs created by New York Presbyterian Hospital called “Songs to do CPR to" that all keep the beat at a rate of 100 per minute so you can use them to time chest compressions during #CPR 👊
