Food is too damn expensive.
Yet farmers aren’t the ones getting rich: The monopolies in the middle are squeezing family farms, price gouging working families, and rigging the system from the field to the grocery store.
We can lower food prices, pay farmers fairly, and make food affordable again if we break the power of the elites.
.@jamestalarico: Our first step was to request this public information, and Ken Paxton just got back to us with a denial. And so our first plan of action has been rejected by the Attorney General. And I think raising that for Texans so that they know that the Attorney General is hiding this information, that's key.
My hope is that we can build enough bipartisan support that can pressure the Attorney General to do the right thing and release all information about this case so we can get our questions answered and then we can talk about some other issues that are of importance to Texans.
✅ $30 million raised this quarter
✅ $70 million raised this cycle
✅ 780,000 individual contributors
✅ Largest Q2 fundraising haul in Senate campaign history
❌ Zero dollars from corporate PACs
.@jamestalarico: What we're requesting is every internal memo, every email, every document, every text message concerning the Hoffman case. And if there's nothing to hide, then the Attorney General should feel comfortable releasing this information.
But I think it's suspicious when we request this information and it's denied. Especially on a case where so many Texans have legitimate concerns, legitimate questions, and it's something that we're seeing nationally. So many people are deeply disturbed by the Epstein case, rightfully so. And then to see it repeated here in Texas in our own backyard. I mean, it should be alarming to all Texans regardless of our political party.
James Talarico: “We are here at Corruption HQ which is the office of Attorney General Ken Paxton where behind closed doors a sweetheart deal was given to a well-connected lawyer who abused an 8-year-old boy. We don’t need anymore pedophile protectors in our government. I filed a public information request to release the Hoffman Files, Ken Paxton just rejected it”
Ken Paxton just denied our public information request for the Hoffman Files.
Adam Hoffman — an admitted child molester — should be in prison, but Ken Paxton let him off the hook. Texans deserve to know why.
We don’t need any more pedophile protectors in our government.

Q: You've called for repealing women's right to vote, which is protected by the 19th Amendment. Why?
Pete Hegseth's Pastor, Doug Wilson: Because it's a good idea. A lot of women wouldn't agree. I don't want women voting as individuals
I attended the press conference to show solidarity with the Salgado family.
Congressman Green is right.
We cannot trust this DOJ or FBI to do anything but cover up any federal malfeasance.
HPD and the DA’s office must conduct their own impartial investigations.
TEXAS POLITICS: Experts warn that Gov. Abbott’s tax plan, which would make it nearly impossible for cities to raise revenue, is not grounded in economic reality and would likely bankrupt the state.

Mexico says it will pursue legal action against the U.S. following Tuesday's deadly shooting involving an ICE agent in Houston.
"Unfortunately, there has been another death of a Mexican national in the United States for being detained, when that person's only offense was lacking immigration documents, even though they had been hired by an American company," President Claudia Sheinbaum told reporters Wednesday. https://t.co/njV5B7VUzA
