$MOTION IS THE NEW INTERNET ECONOMY?
I just deep-dived a protocol that made me rethink "social media is unpaid labor."
$MOTION by @tipmotion@motiontip on Robinhood Chain.
Short version: you post on X, you get paid. Not by brands. Not by sponsors. By the protocol itself.

Kalau mau mulai farming $MOTION, caranya cukup simpel :
1. Aktif posting tentang komunitas @motiontip buat kumpulin point
2. Point yang kamu dapat bisa dipakai buat TIP akun lain
3. Saling support lewat reply dan jangan lupa tag @tipmotion + nominal tip 100–1000
Intinya: aktif posting → kumpulin point → saling tip → sama-sama naik.
@tipmotion@motiontip I'm not saying this is perfect. It's early. Only 5 communities.
But the direction: social media where you're no longer "the product." You're the economy.
And that's a pretty big shift.
@tipmotion@motiontip This is the first time I've seen a model where "posting on X" isn't just branding or engagement.
It's real economic input that directly affects token supply.
The more the community posts, the more gets burned. Supply gets tighter.
@tipmotion@motiontip What made me stop and think: 80% of total $MOTION supply is locked in the treasury.
The treasury can only do two things: burn tokens, or allocate tips.
Team can't withdraw. Can't sell. On-chain permissions verified by smart contracts.
@tipmotion@motiontip Season 1 numbers:
- 16,331 creators
- 7.6M tip credit allocated
- 168 cycles completed
- 3.58% of total supply already burned
Still small. But the direction is clear.
@tipmotion@motiontip So the loop is:
Post → get scored → treasury burns supply → you earn tip credit → you tip creators → they claim to wallet
Supply shrinks. Value circulates from real social activity.
Not empty engagement farming.
@tipmotion@motiontip Here's what's different: this isn't the old "post to earn tokens" model that's just inflation.
Every 30-minute cycle, the protocol treasury BURNS $MOTION supply based on how active the community is.
35.8 million tokens burned permanently. Gone.
@tipmotion@motiontip Every 30 minutes, the system scores your activity. You get points. Points become your "tip allocation" — money you can give to other creators.
Or other people tip you.
Everything runs automatically. You just post like normal.
@tipmotion@motiontip How it works is almost stupidly simple.
Motion watches 5 token communities on X ($MOTION, $PONS, $WISHBONE, $BRODIE, $STONKBROKER). You post with a $cashtag, reply, quote, retweet, it counts.
No signup. No wallet connect. Your X username is your account.
Beta TIPPING is LIVE!
We expect tipping to be a central part of the RH economy
Over 10K bagworkers across the communities we index received tip allocations so far
This is Beta testing, it is controlled amt. But we are watching who is active!
