@PremierRadTN - absolutely horrible customer service with their billing department. Have called 4 times for a mammogram that is covered 100% and cannot get resolution. Been going here for years and never had this problem until now

@CookOut Stopped by the Cookout in Clarksville and ordered a House style burger with onion rings and slaw. Opened my container to find 4 small onion rings-I MEAN SMALL! Each less than 2” rings!Top that off with the slaw in a 4oz cup which was half full! All for $9-no thanks!

@Newks -Unfortunately a horrible customer experience at the Murfreesboro location. Spoke to someone upon arrival and was told my order would be out in 5 minutes. 25 minutes later, we are still sitting at curbside pickup. I call-the order has been ready-they just forgot us!

@HelloFresh Have been ordering from Hello Fresh and love the food but the Customer Service is Horrible!! Was charged for an order I didn’t receive and can’t reach anyone by phone or chat. Have been on hold for 48 minutes! RIDICULOUS

Do not fall for the https://t.co/lQijdqrZ3R rebate offer for contacts! Received an email on Jan 11th that my rebate form was validated and confirmed the refund should be received within 10 weeks. Here we are 20 weeks and four follow up emails later-still no rebate! What a Scam!!
