@OKDOT @OHPtraffic Oh gosh. So sorry. I was incorrect about the location where we got stuck. (My husband was driving—I am not 100% familiar and construction turned me around.)

We were stuck on I-35 south of the Highway 59 exit. Traffic was stopped for a guard rail to be placed.
