I am a Dominican Sister of Peace @PeaceDominicans Vocation Minister @PeaceVocations(a.k.a. Talent Scout for God), storyteller, singer and Preacher of the Word.
The violent aggression against #Ukraine does not stop, a senseless massacre where every day there is a repetition of slaughter and atrocities. There is no justification for this! I plead with the international community to truly commit to ending this abhorrent war. #Peace

Most humble St. Martin, whose charity embraces all, especially those who are sick or in need, we pray that by imitating your charity and humility, we find peace. #StMartindePorres#DailyPrayer
Yesterday I went to the hospital for anointing. When I entered the room, one guy (there were 5 people in the room) yelled, “the priest is here,” and they started singing ALLELUIA. I am not going to lie, it scared me and it was Easterly awesome.
Pray for the sick who are alone!
The first way to pray for someone is to speak to God about him or her. If we do this frequently, each day, our hearts are not closed, but open to our brothers and sisters. To pray for others is the first way to love them and it moves us toward concretely drawing near. #Prayer
I join my voice to that of the Bishops of Nigeria to condemn the vile kidnapping of the 317 girls, taken away from their school in Jangebe. I am praying for these girls so they might return home soon. I am near to their families.
Amid #COVID19, Carnival ended in Brazil this week without the traditional samba school parades, but with an important message:
Only vaccines for everyone can bring back the Carnival & so many other activities we miss.
None of us are safe, until all of us are safe.
While many of us are focused on the introduction of the COVID-19 vaccine, a professor at our founded university, @OhioDominican, is working to create treatments for a dangerous disease affecting the poorest populations in Africa. #MinistriesintheMedia
