@Moto_Support Obviously they seem to have made their decision that my faulty unit is just fine, as they're returning it to me. This is my second claim for the same issue in a year. So glad y'all care so much about screaming babies 👌

My @MotorolaUS Baby monitor parent unit sound keeps cutting out. This is the 2nd unit I've had in a year, the 1st was replaced 3 mos ago. 2 monitors in 1yr with the same issue, @Moto_Support 🤔

Is this a common prob? I've never experienced this with any nanny family's.

so if anyone is in the market for a baby monitor, I highly suggest avoiding all @Moto_Support monitors. Their equipment is crap and their warranty is even worse. My unit is a year old and been having this issue from the beginning.

Update: they tested it and because the issue didn't present itself in their presence, they decided my piece of crap baby monitor is fine to still use. Meanwhile, I can't rely on it. My kid wakes screaming and the monitor doesn't pick up the sound. So yeah, thanks @MotorolaUS
