It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deputy Chris Henricks.

He passed away at his home near Rush City this morning (12/19). Deputy Henricks was hired by the Chisago County Sheriff’s Office in April of 1991.

Suspect/s in a flee just apprehended at gunpoint from a carjacked vehicle near 8th and Washburn Ave N.
The vehicle went "off road" and through some road closures for a bit before coming to a stop. At least two occupants.
