@flipkartsupport I want an official complaint registered against your agents Ronak, Parmila, and Ashutosh. I spent 2–3 hours explaining my issue, only for each of them to disconnect my chats and calls without offering any resolution.

@makemytripcare Ticket cost was around ₹2800 and the issue happened due to your system/title error, not from my side. Then why calling ₹1500 refund a “goodwill gesture”? Kindly provide a full refund and resolve this fairly.@makemytrip

@makemytripcare I have not travelled using the MakeMyTrip ticket. I had to book another ticket from a different application and travel because of the poor support from your side. You guys completely wasted my amount. Really horrible and disappointing service.@makemytrip

Really frustrated with the irresponsible support towards customers booking through your platform.and you are saying to resolve it would take 3–5 days.
