what bothers me the most is their inaccessible customer service. toll-free daw pero di gumagana sa prepaid. pano na yung mga naka unli promo lang? also their in-app chat is primarily AI at walang option na live agent agad kausap mo. Their [email protected] doesn't work na rin.
