🚨 The full agreement, according to Iran’s state-affiliated Mehr News Agency 👇

1. Immediate and permanent ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon.

2. A U.S. commitment not to interfere in Iran’s internal affairs, while respecting the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

3. Full removal of the naval blockade within 30 days.

4. A U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from Iran’s surrounding perimeter.

5. Reopening the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf within 30 days, under Iranian arrangements.

6. Suspension of sanctions on Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and related exports, alongside full Iranian access to its financial resources.

7. A demand that the United States and its allies present reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion.

8. A 60-day negotiation period to reach a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the full removal of primary, secondary, and U.S. sanctions, as well as UN Security Council and IAEA Board resolutions.

9. Iran repeats its commitment under the NPT to refrain from producing nuclear weapons.

10. During the negotiation period, the United States commits not to increase its forces in the region and not to impose new sanctions.

11. Release of $24 billion in frozen Iranian funds during the final 60-day negotiation period. Half of that amount must be available to Iran before negotiations even begin.

12. Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to oversee the implementation of the agreement.

13. The final agreement will be adopted through a UN Security Council resolution.

14. Final negotiations will not begin before half of Iran’s frozen funds are released, Iranian oil sanctions are suspended, and the naval blockade is removed.

15. The final agreement will focus only on the fate of enriched material and enrichment, sanctions relief, and Iran’s economic reconstruction plan.

Translation: the Islamic Republic gets the money first, the pressure lifted first, the sanctions eased first — and only then agrees to “negotiate” about the part of the nuclear program it wants to keep.

Missiles? Terror proxies? Regional aggression? Apparently, those magically disappeared from the conversation.
