Small businesses are able to make quick changes in response to a customer's needs, improvements a larger company might take months to achieve, if at all, in spite of (or even because of) their much greater resources. I like to spend my money with small businesses when I can.
Language is so important! Case in point: a client of mine with a B2B audience had a new enquiry this week from a potential customer.
The enquiry said: "What is the cost implication?"
Or, to translate that into English: "How much is it?"
