Return to snow camp β
All bones intact β
Ready to go home β
Going to miss these slopes after an incredible couple of months in @WinterPark completing my post-injury return to snow programme. Ironically breaking myself seems to have increased my ski confidence #comebackstronger
After a pretty positive consultant review yesterday, today poor, neglected running leg got its first outing since before injury. No PBs, but a respectable time for my first run in almost 2 months. The comeback is in progress!

Massive congrats and good luck to my @GBSnowsport teammates who have been selected for the Para-Alpine World Champs this week. Unfortunately, I won't be joining them this year as racing & broken collarbones don't really mix...
Despite spending the past couple of months ski training, I don't carry my phone when I ski so have limited opportunity to take and post ski-specific pics! However, my training has mainly been based at @SkiNakiska, the alpine skiing venue for the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.
On today's International Day of Persons with Disabilities, I've been reflecting on what my 'disability' has actually enabled me to do. 10 years ago, I could never have imagined where this path would take me but my injury has led to so many incredible opportunities. #IDPWD
Can't get enough of these snowy, blue sky views. The stream is now almost totally frozen over, probably something to do with the -24β°C temperatures π₯Ά At what point do shorts become inappropriate attire? (Asking for a friend) π

Snowy walk after training to explore the new locale......because it would be a shame to waste such a beautiful afternoon indoors!

My week of travel chaos continued with delayed flights and lost luggage but arrived in π¨π¦ and thankfully have now been reunited with my sitski and bags. Excited to call this home for the next couple of months.
