@marshkevv@itsKikuyus@TeyaKevin I work internationally. I run business's in KE. My employees get paid a premium for what they do relative to what my competitors pay. I still have audits to minimize theft. But, your opinion is your. Good luck.
@itsKikuyus@marshkevv@TeyaKevin that's rich coming from a self identified thief. stfu and if you can't maintain a logical argument, rudi to scamming villagers at your level
@marshkevv@itsKikuyus@TeyaKevin That's exactly what you are advocating. That's the whole basis of your argument that started this chain. Fair labor unfortunately is impacted by free market forces. Not saying it's right, but it is what it is. Stealing from employers is a NO.
@itsKikuyus@marshkevv@TeyaKevin . Free market. I offer a wage. You take it if you want. You don't, go work where the wages satisfy you. You can't accept the job with the expectation of making up the difference by stealing. wtf. Reasoned like a useless pos who's never deployed capital on anything
@marshkevv@itsKikuyus@TeyaKevin What a stupid response! If you don't agree with the wage nakupatia, find another job. Nobody is forced to take a job if they are not happy with pay. There is NO scenario where it's ok for the workers to steal. Period.
@bonniie254@TeyaKevin Mko na ushamba. Sales is not profit. Ata ikue profit, did they contribute capital to entitle them to those profits? Kama pay ni ndogo, toka utafute another gig. No justification to steal.
@bmautoparts@EmmanuelMarume5 A feedlot with feeding trough, water and walkway for feeding equipment should handle almost 100 head in an acre. My lots are 15x25, each lot handles 20 (25 once off) head, so 120 (6lots). That's about 2300Mยฒ, below an acre. But, your experience is different and valid.
@ChegeVic_254@rodgers_kirwa ? And planting mid march early Feb would have helped how? Itโs still dry now, so those crops would be stressed when they need water the most?
