How this voting mechanism works:
1. lzReads will aggregates the user’s total ZRO balance across all supported chains (Ethereum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, Avalanche, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum)

For example:

@siujingg have 300 $ZRO on the Mainnet, and 10 on the Optimism. lzRead can calculate her total holdings across all supported chain and bring her total Voting power to 310 $ZRO

2. When user want to cast their vote, user have the freedom to choose whatever chain they want to vote from, not limited to the chain where they stored their assets.

User can choose from any available chain above to vote from, and lzRead will automatically records your vote on the hub chain, which for this referendum is Arbitrum Chain.

To recap:
User held their $ZRO on Mainnet, cast the votes on Base, and lzRead will automatically record that vote on Arbitrum.

All votes are secured and can't be tapered.
1. OApp will send Read Request to the Endpoint, where then it will forwarded to ReadLib where then selected DVN (Nethermind and LayerZero Labs DVN) will validate the data.
2. After the data being validates by the DVNs, DVNs will return the data to the ReadLib
3. Executors will then send the data back to the OApps

So every votes can't be tapered as there are layers of security verifying the messages.
