Bought a brand-new phone. It’s defective. Your service centre wants to “repair” it, not replace it. What happened to the 180-day hardware replacement policy? Completely unacceptable.Disappointed ! This is not service it’s negligence.

@RobinLiuOnePlus highly disappointed with your service . Bought a new one plus 13R which was defective . Wasn’t even able to start up. Your service centre says they will change mother board . Nothing short of a replacement is acceptable for a brand new phone . Kindly look into it
