@airtelindia am registering a serious escalation regarding the mishandling of my Airtel DTH recharge. On June 2nd, I recharged ₹1298, clearly under the impression that this was an annual package.

Escalate this issue to the consumer court under deficiency of service.Publicly share my experience across social media and consumer complaint platforms. Airtel DTH is responsible for honoring the recharge as per the plan I selected and paid for.

Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia on their Airtel black plans.I subscribed to a 100 Mbps plan, but for the last four days, I have been receiving a speed of only 0.10 Mbps,which is absolutely unacceptable.

@airtelindia Each time I reach out,I'm given the same standard response:Currently you are facing network congestion in your area. This will be sorted out within 4 hours.This has been repeated to me for 5 consecutive days, with no improvement in service and no accountability from your end.
