Anxiety is the nervous system's alarmed response to uncertainty (or chaos in this case) and worrisome thoughts.
It's also our body trying to tell us that there's an opportunity to go within and cultivate the inner tranquility required for clarity in chaos.

If you can't come to terms with your emotions, the energy they hold gets blocked within you. That repels people.
If you can come to terms with them, energy flows through you synergistically. That attracts people.
After visiting a orthopedic doctor, an osteopath, getting an x-ray, and an MRI, the German healthcare system has established that the backpain that's been hampering my training for the last 2 years is entirely muscular.

You need to be measuring results and willing to change your strategy if you're not hitting your benchmark.
