🚨 CHOCOLATIER PROVES VIRAL “FAKE HERSHEY” VIDEOS ARE REAL — AND THE REASON IS WORSE THAN PEOPLE THINK
A professional chocolatier just ran late-night tests and says the viral “fake chocolate” clips aren’t fake at all.
But it’s not what people think.
• He bought multiple Hershey bars to test the theory
• Found no major ingredient change on the label
• Identified PGPR, an emulsifier used to cut costs and improve flow
• Heated bars near melting point… then cooled them back down
• Chocolate didn’t melt... it turned soft, bendy, almost plastic
His conclusion?
The structure of the chocolate is breaking down.
When cocoa butter crystals lose their bond the bar stops snapping and starts flexing.
Not fake.
Not necessarily a new formula.
Just temperature + structure failure happening in real time.
Are we really supposed to believe this is normal?
Happy 2,089th Birthday to that little playful entity who has been right over my shoulder for over 60 years! She's brought laughter and joy to so many and I truly feel fortunate to have been able to bring her to life. The highlight of my MEGACON experience was meeting up with Travis, A-Make-Wish kid back in 1986 who was growing into adulthood. Yes, God answers prayers, it was so good to see him 40 years later, Wow!
