@jonboybeats @NFLALLDAY It's worth noting that the packs*themselves* are collectible.. beyond whatever moments they contain. If all packs from a drop get ripped, they are gone forever. Many drops already have incredibly low supplies of packs remaining. Some may enjoy just holding onto a rare item

There would be limits to how leagues/teams can sell these images and certain star players get to retain rights to their images. Would not be unusual tho for players to see their images in many mediums they were not aware of

When players sign contacts with leagues/teams they'll waive much of their rights to their images/recordings. This is 101. Leagues/teams are allowed to sell licences to 3rd parties without notifying each player every time they do this
