Cheat days and meals are ok but many people donโt know how to have them โcorrectlyโ so they donโt lose weight, they gain them despite a deficit for most days of the week.
Example:

- Monday 1800 calories consumed (200 deficit)
- Tuesday 1800 (200 deficit)
- Wed 1800 (200 deficit)
- Thurs 1700 (300 deficit)
- Friday 1800 (200 deficit)
- Saturday 1800 (200 deficit)
- Sunday (cheat day) 6000 (4000 surplus)
+2800 calorie surplus for the weeks
(0.78 pound of fat gained for the week)
@Jani__Gee I briefly tried just sell through delivery apps, but after hidden fees that they took on average 42% commission!
That corporate greed is why prices are much higher in delivery apps.
American prices still blow my mind though! $40 is a week of eating out where I live!
