@stijnnoorman It's very easy to actually quote and get inspired from here . However when it comes to the main task the brain wants something else and the body is still searching for comfort
There between these two wars ,I'm still stuck executing while staying in the comfort zone .
Stop choosing comfort and calling it peace.
This month, choose the version of yourself that requires honesty, discipline, and real growth.
Comfort maintains you.
Growth transforms you.
If you're not sure what to do with your life, just do something.
Write, record, publish, call, email, network. Anything.
Momentum is always built through action, not thinking about action.
@thejustinwelsh Absolutely.
If you can earn a living, protect your health, lift others up, love your people, and see the world with your own eyes… you’re already winning at the things that actually matter.
Everything else is noise, ego, and unnecessary performance.
Nice perspective.
@stijnnoorman Big things aren’t built in one moment they’re built in quiet, consistent steps. Keep showing up for the small pieces, and the big picture will take care of itself.
Life is a phase but not in the way people use it to dismiss things. A phase isn’t something to “get through.” It’s something to learn from like teaching you how to survive , exist only to show you what you’ll never accept again. That’s not temporary.
That’s foundational.
You want change
but keep repeating familiar patterns.
I stopped asking,
“Why am I like this?”
And started asking,
“What feels uncomfortable—but right?”
That’s where change began.
You want to grow
but avoid sitting with yourself.
You call it healing.
It’s actually distraction.
Growth doesn’t happen when life gets easier.
It happens when you stop running.
