I found myself nodding in agreement throughout this episode. One of the best talking points is how girls are affected by subliminal messages that they are worth less from a young age, how that can lead to a lack of confidence and “overachieving” to earn respect at work.

@nickrusso42518 @SharpNetwork @danedevalcourt I agree they shouldn't be asking questions that require specifics. Once a guy asked me about SONET alarm codes at an interview. When I told him, I can't remember but can look it up, he kept asking me more of the same.

@xogutu We built the attack machine with Debian since we found kali to be slow and we weren't using most of the programs. I havent tried joining to AD, will try your setup.

I think one of the problems with cybersecurity info is they are filled with technical jargon. They need to be distilled into stories endusers and businesses can understand and actions they can take in the context of their responsibilities. #infosec

@lpolovets Dont go with the internet fad keto diets that tell you eat 30gms of carb right from day 1. You will be hungry all the time. Reducing carbs gradually is the better way. It just will take you longer to loose, but we all know there are no quick fixes.
