Today… choose to wake up and realise how incredibly lucky we are to be alive.

This thing we’re in, is so incredibly precious. It’s a gift we’ve been given. And even though we get to live each moment, every single day, we don’t get to live it twice (like, the whole life, we’ve been given).

You know what I mean.

So let’s not waste it.

Choose to pour your energy into becoming a better version of yourself, not out of ego… but out of purpose. Choose to grow in ways that make your heart wider, your compassion deeper and your presence lighter for the people around you.

Choose to live with awareness. To meet others with kindness. To respond with understanding instead of anger, even when it feels difficult.

And there will be difficulties. But we must persevere. We must fight to get through it. We need to hold on.

Every single day gives us another chance to show up. To learn. To give. To listen. And to help where we can.

We won’t always get it right but we can keep trying.

I love the word “trying”. We’re all just trying.

I believe that when we each bring a little more good into the spaces we move through, the world becomes a little better too. And that’s all we should be doing really… leaving the world (and the spaces we’re in), better than we found it.

So just for today… in this moment… be kinder, love louder and try to be that good thing.
