@SouthernRailUK my child has been traumatised from the late 20:41 Victoria service to Horsham. Waited for platform announcement and only had 3 mins to get on the train. I had a 4yo and a newborn in a buggy. The doors shut on us repeatedly as we tried to get on. Unacceptable
@SouthernRailUK Others were also complaining that there was little time from platform announcement to train departure. Especially as the train was further down the platform.
@StarbucksUK@welcomebreak terrible service at Woodall services southbound. Barista got my order wrong and refused to remake it. Argued to get a refund. Totally unacceptable!
