Captain Steve Fraser's #FRC2020 presentation described a new mental resiliency training program for Vancouver firefighters, which was developed in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Dr. Joy MacDermid's #FRC2020 presentation shared the initial qualitative research findings on the implementation of Resilient MindsTM in Vancouver career firefighters & Prince Edward Island volunteer firefighters.
