Tonight @char13900, @DanielleOlford and I took @stjohnambulance #RestartAHeart to @Girlguiding 8th Westcliff Brownies. The girls learnt how to perform a primary survey, CPR and use an AED. We were also able to teach them the recovery position.

Last night at @SJA_Southend we met this lovely gentleman, Robin (centre), at our #RestartAHeart event. He joined us exactly a year after he suffered a heart attack. Now he has learnt what to do if someone else suffers a similar medical emergency.
