@AuntBessies just had your Perfect Apple Pie. The pastry was lovely, nice and crisp and not overly sweet. The filling, hmmm. Sharp ,sweet with a nice spice and apple taste. What was missing was the apple. Perfect Apple Pie should have chunks of apple, not apple sauce.

Private messaged @FifeCouncil yesterday that our entire streets bins were missed as there were potholes being filled. Did as they advised ,I replied with admittedly a nippy answer The reply back from them a little blunt and not required. I really just wanted help.
