@Swiggy : Waited for 50 min, order was 6 min away and then suddenly it got cancelled. Swiggy just refunded the money with no explanation. Then super difficult to chat with support agent, who lied that the restaurant closed. Such a bad app - will never be profitable with crap CX!

DRS time in T20 can be improved to save ~2 min/match (advertisers and fans - cheer up). Just reverse the sequence of test. First do-outside leg, in-line, & hitting stumps- these account for majority of decision pts/ are quick. Then check, bat involved, others.

@AkasaAir delays flight again. The delay is by 1 hr 45 min. as if it was 2 hrs, they had to compensate or move the flight. Btw There is a flight going on earlier time which has seats, but they won’t give. Hiding “poor cx” behind “policy”. Will sue them.
